Attention: Changes to Free Parking Duration
Christmas is just around the corner, and with the pre-holiday shopping rush, our parking lot is filling up fast. The situation has unfortunately become untenable, as the DBK parking lot is frequently used by people who are not shopping at the center at all. Many of you have expressed frustration about not being able to find a parking space. To help alleviate this, we are implementing two measures.
First: On weekdays, the duration of free parking is being reduced to 30 minutes.
Second: We are introducing special benefits for DBK customers.
If you spend at least 200 CZK at our center, you can extend your free parking time—either at the information desk or by using the QR code found on your receipt from the Billa supermarket. Alternatively, you can now extend your parking via the DBK loyalty app for 5 points. https://dbkpraha.cz/vernostni-program
How to activate the extension:
1. In the app, activate the "Reserve for 5 points" reward by swiping to the right. A QR code, valid for 24 hours, will appear.
2. Insert your parking ticket into the payment machine. Scan the QR code from the app using the machine’s scanner.
3. The machine will deduct 1 hour from your total parking time.
4. Pay any remaining balance at the machine and retrieve your parking ticket. 5. When leaving, hold your ticket up to the reader at the exit gate. Once the reward is activated, you will also see a countdown in the app showing the remaining validity period of the QR code. If you close the reward screen, you can find it again in the "My Rewards" section.
6. We are happy to assist you with any questions at our information desk.
What does this mean for you?
Customers who take advantage of these benefits can enjoy an hour and a half of free parking (30 minutes + a purchase receipt or the app).
On weekends and public holidays, the 3 hours of free parking remain unchanged, and on weekdays from 6:00 PM to midnight, parking is completely free.
We believe these measures will help make your shopping experience at DBK more convenient.
