  • Customers of FITINN gym, Cafe Bar Illy and KLIER hair salon are entitled to a free parking fee extension of 2 hours. Parking is extended directly in the above establishments.

  • If you spend CZK 200 or more, a QR code will be printed on your receipt from Billy, which will extend your free parking for 2 hours.

  • If the parking ticket is lost, the visitor is obliged to pay CZK 1000 for each day the vehicle is parked.

PARKING FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Pay at the payment machines located: 1x at the entrance from the OC to the underground parking lot, 1x at the entrance vestibule of the Billa supermarket and 1x in the outdoor parking lot at the entrance to the F staircase.
  • By payment card at payment machines.
  • SMS payment. A fee of CZK 10 for each paid hour.
  • Payment through the application www.sejf.cz. A fee of CZK 6 per transaction.
  • Payment by mobile phone using the QR code on the parking ticket. A fee of CZK 5 for each paid hour.
  • In exceptional cases, ready at the garage master OC.
  • Mobile, SMS and SEJF payment cannot be used when extending FREE parking.

OUTDOOR PARKING

(at the Billa supermarket)

  • entrance from Antala Staška street
  • entrance to the shopping center on the 0th floor
  • Maximum permitted vehicle height is 2.6 m and width 2.3 m.
  • The maximum permitted speed in the parking area is 10 km/h.

INTERNAL PARKING

  • entrance from Antala Staška street
  • Parking spaces are available for customers:
    • on the 1st floor
    • in –1. floor
    • in –2. floor
  • Parking spaces for residents are in -3. and –5. floor.
  • Maximum permitted vehicle height in -1. floor is 2.7 and width 2.3 m, from -2. floor height is only 1.8 m. Maximum axle pressure up to 1000 kg.
  • Elevator access to all floors of the underground parking lot. The elevator is open from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Between 0:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., to enter the indoor parking lot, it is necessary to ring the bell at the appropriate staircase and wait for the arrival of the security service to let the visitor in. It is strictly forbidden to enter the underground car park via the entrance and exit ramp!
  • There is a strict ban on smoking and the entry of vehicles powered by LPG in the indoor parking area. Parking of vehicles with trailer, trailer, caravan and trucks with a total weight over 2500 kg is not allowed.
  • DBK Budějovická shopping center is not responsible for objects and valuables stored in the vehicle. The parking lot is not guarded.
  • The maximum permitted speed in the parking area is 10 km/h.
